 NATURAL AND PROFITABLE PRODUCTS

Hoy en día, se busca preservar las condiciones ambientales de nuestro entorno social; por tal motivo, existen productos de origen natural que son amigables y que se aprovechan del material orgánico y de los residuos sólidos, los cuales sin conciencia se desechan a los rellenos sanitarios, fuentes hídricas y en otros sitios de disposición no reglamentada. Así mismo, el hombre debe generar hábitos de reciclaje y reutilización de materiales con cultura ecológica; para de esta manera cuidar nuestra casa común.

Today, we seek to preserve the environmental conditions of our social environment; for this reason, there are products of natural origin that are friendly and that take advantage of organic material and solid waste, which without conscience are disposed of in landfills, water sources and other unregulated sites. Likewise, man must generate habits of recycling and reusing materials with an ecological culture; in this way we can take care of our common home.

A continuación, las estudiantes del grado décimo nos cuentan sus experiencias al respecto de la utilidad de emplear detergentes ecológicos para sustituir a las sustancias sintéticas tradicionales, la elaboración de compost y la creación de ecolibretas en el buen sentido de apoyar a la ecología y la química verde.   

The tenth grade students then tell us about their experiences with the usefulness of using eco-friendly detergents to replace traditional synthetic substances, composting and creating eco-friendly books in the good sense of supporting ecology and green chemistry.

Se ha sabido que para producir una tonelada de papel se requiere de 17 árboles, los cuales son talados a diario pues la demanda cada día crece y crece; al mismo tiempo se incrementa la cifra de la tala de árboles indiscriminada, los cuales cada vez son menos, pues los responsables únicamente piensan en sus empresas y ganancias, sin preocuparse por el ecosistema, ni su futuro. Es por ello, que pensando en el medio ambiente e influenciadas por la filósofa franciscana, llevamos a cabo la eco-libreta, la cual es una alternativa saludable del papel para escribir, posee la misma resistencia que el normal y es más fácil de producir. Con ella se podrían salvar muchas vidas, no solo resguardar la existencia de los árboles, sino también la nuestra, pues necesitamos de ellos para vivir y “echar raíces”.  

It has been known that in order to produce a ton of paper, 17 trees are required, which are cut down every day as the demand grows and grows; at the same time the number of indiscriminate tree cutting is increasing, and they are fewer and fewer, as those responsible only think about their companies and profits, without worrying about the ecosystem, or their future. That is why, thinking about the environment and influenced by the Franciscan philosophy, we have created the eco-libreta, which is a healthy alternative to writing paper, it has the same resistance as normal paper and is easier to produce. With it, many lives could be saved, not only safeguarding the existence of trees, but also our own, since we need them to live and "take root".

Con este proyecto se concientizará al público sobre los niveles de contaminación del agua y suelo, así como lograr un consumo más responsable de los detergentes. Además, se logrará la utilización de un detergente biodegradable casero, el cual estará  elaborado con una menor cantidad de químicos a diferencia de los detergentes comerciales, éste a su vez tendrá un bajo costo para que sea accesible para todas las personas. Y con la utilización de éste contribuimos a la protección de los recursos naturales (agua, aire y suelo).

This project will raise public awareness of water and soil pollution levels and achieve a more responsible consumption of detergents. In addition, it will achieve the use of a biodegradable household detergent, which will be made with fewer chemicals than commercial detergents, which in turn will have a low cost so that it is accessible to all people. And by using it we contribute to the protection of natural resources (water, air and soil).

Este proyecto tiene el fin de mejorar las condiciones ambientales por medio de la recuperación de los suelos, ya que éstos se han visto afectados por los fumigantes u otros componentes químicos, es por ello que la implementación del compostaje transformará las condiciones de los suelos, para así generar más fertilidad y con ello la obtención de cultivos e ir mejorando la economía de los que viven a través de esto. A su vez, se verá una mejora en el aire, ya que esto al ser de componentes orgánicos, no emitirá gases de efecto de invernadero, lo que hace que no se emita radiación que afecte a los seres vivos.

This project aims to improve the environmental conditions by recovering the soil, which has been affected by fumigants or other chemical components. This is why the implementation of composting will transform the conditions of the soil, thus generating more fertility and thus obtaining crops and improving the economy of those who live from this. At the same time, there will be an improvement in the air, as the organic components will not emit greenhouse gases, which means that no radiation is emitted that affects living beings.
